Yes. If the tool you use isn't on the integrations list, get in touch and we'll scope it together. Most modern systems can be connected via FHIR, REST APIs, or HL7, depending on what your software exposes.

What does the 'Beta' status mean for an integration?

Beta integrations are live today with a small group of clinicians. We're in early access before rolling the integration out to all customers. If you'd like Beta access, get in touch and we'll set you up.

How do I book a demo and what happens on the call?

Use the Book a Demo button anywhere on the site. The call is typically 30 minutes. We ask about your discipline, NDIS load, current PMS, and the biggest workflow pain points, then show you the part of Continua that fixes that specific problem. We do not do generic feature dumps. If there is a fit, we move into onboarding and configure your practice workspace from there.

Follow these 8 steps to connect Cliniko to Continua.

Open "My Info" in Cliniko

Log into your Cliniko account and click "My Info" under your name in the bottom-left sidebar.

Enable API Key Creation

Under the API keys section, flip the switch that says "Allow yourself to create and use API keys" to Yes. Then press "Update user" at the bottom of the page. Cliniko will ask you to verify your identity with your password or passkey.

Make sure the toggle is set to Yes. Otherwise, you will not be able to create an API key.

Manage API Keys

Once verified, the page will refresh. Under API keys, click "Manage API keys".

Add a New API Key

You will be brought to the API Keys page. From here, click "+ Add an API key".

Name Your API Key

Add a unique name for your API key. We recommend naming it after the application you are generating it for. Then click "Create API key".

Copy Your API Key

You will now see a long string of letters and numbers. This is your API key. Copy it now, as it will not be shown again.

Only share your API key with trusted software vendors. If you lose it, you will need to generate a new one.

Now switch to Continua

You have your API key from Cliniko. Time to connect it in Continua.

Connect in Continua Settings

In Continua, go to Settings then PMS Integration and click "Connect your PMS". Paste your Cliniko API key when prompted.

Once connected, you will see the green "Connected" status with your last sync timestamp. Patient data begins syncing automatically.
