These Terms apply to the public-facing Website only. If you use the InflaMed patient platform (Continua), mobile application, or telehealth services, those activities are governed by the separate Patient Platform and Telehealth Terms of Use.

InflaMed may update these Terms at its discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Platform Role
InflaMed provides technology infrastructure only and is not a healthcare provider. The Website provides general information about InflaMed’s products and services. Nothing on the Website constitutes the provision of healthcare, clinical advice, or a recommendation to use or not use any particular treatment, product, or service.

All Content on the Website is provided for general information purposes only. While we take reasonable care to ensure the Content is accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties (express or implied) as to the currency, completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any Content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts.

20. General

20.3 Waiver
A failure by InflaMed to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
20.4 Assignment
InflaMed may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party (for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) without your prior consent, provided that the assignee agrees to be bound by these Terms.
